Orders placed and approved/processed before 3:00 PM CST (GMAT-6) are generally shipped the same business day, subject to availability, inclement weather, carrier capacity, and Holidays. Special order items and items shipped directly from our manufacturers and suppliers may take 24-48 business hours to ship. Orders requiring assembly, serial number logging, pre-configuration, custom builds, and international orders may not ship the same day. We ship primarily via FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery Service, UPS (United Parcel Service), United States Postal Service (USPS), and DHL Worldwide Express. International & Domestic USPS packages may not be scanned/tracked by the United States Postal Service. Baltic Networks is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or returned packages or package contents; this includes any lost shipping costs. Baltic Networks reserves the right to ship orders/shipments over 125 lbs. via palletized truck freight and we may contact you with additional shipping charges. We will attempt to contact you in timely manner via email and/or phone with any shipping issues or expected delays. Our shipping, handling and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Please note that we occasionally ship from multiple fulfillment centers/warehouses and that your order may arrive in multiple boxes and at different times. Your shipment notification email will provide information about your shipment contents. Your order confirmation, shipment notices, and packing slips are emailed to the primary email address we have on file for your account at the time when your order is placed, and can be viewed by logging into your Baltic Networks account. Delivery times to destinations outside of the continental lower 48 States may vary, depending on the destination country/state, carrier/service chosen, customs clearance, and government agency regulations.
