Overview

The MikroTik SXTsq Lite5 is a compact 5 GHz outdoor CPE with an integrated 16 dBi directional antenna and a 23° beamwidth. Designed for wireless client installations and point-to-point links, it provides connectivity between buildings, remote equipment, and WISP infrastructure.

The dual-chain 802.11a/n radio supports a maximum wireless PHY rate of 300 Mbps, while the single 10/100 Ethernet port connects the device to the wired network. RouterOS with a Level 3 license supports CPE and point-to-point configurations. This model is not intended for multipoint access point operation with its included license.

The IP54 enclosure supports mounting on vertical poles, masts, and horizontal railings using the included metal ring. Passive PoE delivers power through the Ethernet cable, and the package includes a power adapter and PoE injector. MikroTik specifies potential point-to-point links up to approximately 7.5 miles, with actual performance depending on clear line of sight, alignment, interference, and site conditions.
