Access to and use of this site are subject to the terms of use described herein. You agree to these terms of use when placing an order with Baltic Networks or when using this website. Those who sign up for our newsletter or purchase from Baltic Networks are subject to these Terms and Conditions and are considered customers of Baltic Networks.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our mission is to provide low-cost and high-value networking solutions to our clients. Our products are attractively priced relative to our competitors and our price offering includes discounts up to 50% off market list prices. We constantly evaluate emerging technologies and market changes to ensure that we provide the best networking solutions at the most competitive prices. We believe that our pricing strategy, product offer mix, commitment to order fulfillment, and exceptional technical expertise, all make a compelling shopping experience. We accept payment via Credit Cards, Bank Wire Transfer, and PayPal™; We ship only to confirmed PayPal™ addresses.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, including canceling orders for products erroneously priced. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders canceled will be refunded if a charge has already been applied. Special promotions, special order and clearance items may have special terms and may not be eligible for return or exchange, especially if discontinued by the manufacturer.

Shipping & Handling Charges, Fees, and Information

Baltic Networks reserves the right to bill the consignee/customer/purchaser for additional shipping and handling charges/fees/surcharges imposed by a carrier and incurred by Baltic Networks in conjunction with delivering the shipment to the consignee/customer/delivery address/purchaser.
These charges, fees and surcharges include, but are not limited to: Additional Handling (AHS, AHS-Dimensions, AHS-Package, AHS-Weight), Address Correction (per package), Attempted Delivery, Blind Shipment, Collect Billing, Collect on Delivery, Customs Clearance/Duties/Duty/Taxes, Dangerous Goods, Declared Value & Insurance (Package, Shipment), Delivery Appointment, Delivery Area (DAS, DAS Commercial, DAS Residential), Delivery Confirmation, Extended Delivery Area (DAS Extended, DAS Extended Commercial, DAS Extended Residential), Fuel, Hazardous Materials, Hold (At Location/Terminal), Individual Formal Entry, Inside Delivery, Large Package/Oversize, Lift-Gate (Pickup/Delivery), Limited Access, Non-Stackable, Package Audit/Correction, Pallet & Pallet Exchange, Peak (AHS, Dimensions, Large Package, Oversize, Weight), Rebill, Reclass, Redelivery, Residential Delivery, Restricted Access, Restricted Item, Refused/Return to Sender, Reweight, RMA/Return (Label, Pickup, Transportation), Saturday Delivery/Pickup, Shipment Intercept, Signature (Adult, Confirmation, Direct, Indirect, Release) (per package), Sort and/or Segregate, Temporary, Third Party Billing, Transportation; and other charges/fees/surcharges billed to Baltic Networks by a carrier. All Orders/Shipments; both domestic and international; are shipped under ExWorks Incoterms. Import/Export duties/taxes, brokerage/customs clearance/entry fees, and licensing fees are the sole responsibility of the consignee/customer/purchaser.

Technical Support

We support all products that we sell on an hourly consultancy basis. Our Consulting & Engineering Department is available by appointment Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time (GMAT-6) except for holidays. When you contact us for technical support you will be asked to supply payment information before support can be provided.

Viewing Orders & Account Information

Orders may be viewed by logging into your account and selecting the associated order. Tracking information will be applied to your order once we receive it. Order history is saved with your account if the same sign-in was used. Account information may be changed at any time*, including updating or removing information you wish to change simply by logging in and selecting "My Account".
*Customers on Credit Terms with Baltic Networks must contact our Accounting or Customer Service Departments to update billing and accounts payable/receivable information Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time (GMAT-6) except for holidays.

Transactions between you and Baltic Networks shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding any transaction between customer and Baltic Networks shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois and you agree and submit to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
