Primus Cable FB26-3836-12FOK can protect up to 12 strands of fiber from damaging environments. This fiber fan-out kit is compatible with leads of up to 25", and protects them with 900um tubing. These kits are great near termination points of fiber, as it decreases any open exposed fiber.
