Shipping & Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (GMAT-6) generally ship the same business day, subject to availability, inclement weather and Holidays. Special order items and some items sent directly from our suppliers may take 24-48 business hours to ship. Orders requiring assembly or international orders may not ship the same day. We ship primarily by FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL Worldwide Express, and United States Postal Service (USPS). International & Domestic USPS packages may not be scanned/tracked by the United States Postal Service. Therefore, if USPS is chosen as a shipping method, Baltic Networks is not responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages. This includes any lost shipping costs. Orders over 125 lbs ship by freight and we will contact you with shipping charges. We will contact you timely of any shipping issues or expected delays. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Our staff always strives to provide the fastest and reliable product delivery, even if it means missing dinner.
Your shipment status can be tracked directly from our website at www.balticnetworks.com by logging into your account. Please note that we occasionally ship from multiple warehouses and your order may arrive in multiple boxes and at different times. Your packing slip, included in the shipment, provides detailed information about your shipment contents. Your order confirmation, shipment notices and packing slips are emailed to the email account you left with us at the time when you placed your order and can also be retrieved by logging into your Baltic Networks account. Delivery times to international locations vary, depending on the country. Baltic Networks reserves the right to bill you for additional handling fees imposed by a carrier and incurred by Baltic Networks in conjunction with delivering the product to you. These additional handling fees include, but are not limited to: extended area surcharge, address change or correction while in-transit, oversize box surcharge, shipment intercept, hold for pickup at a terminal, lift-gate charge, residential area surcharge, and other fees billed to Baltic Networks by a common carrier. Import duties and brokerage fees for international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.
