- Shipping & Processing
- Orders placed before 3 PM CST (GMAT-6) ship the same day, subject to availability, inclement weather and Holidays. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders requiring assembly or international orders may not ship the same day. We ship primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Services (USPS). International & Domestic USPS packages are not scanned/tracked by the US Post Office. Therefore, if USPS is chosen as a shipping method, Baltic Networks is not responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages. This includes any lost shipping costs. Orders over 150 lbs ship by freight and we will contact you with shipping charges. We will contact you timely of any shipping issues or expected delays. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Our staff always strives to provide the fastest and reliable product delivery, even if it means missing dinner.
- Privacy & Security
- Privacy and security of customer information is our top priority. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. We use this information only to process your order and keep you updated on your order status. Our secure system encrypts the information you send us making sure they stay private and protected., We do not sell, trade or give away your information to third parties. Our web system also uses a "cookie" to track your progress through the shopping experience, and is required to process your order. You can also call us at (888) 929-3610 to place an order if you choose not to use your web browser.
- Secure Shopping Policy
- We accept orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept orders over the phone and our sales staff is available to assist you with selecting a product that best suits your need Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM CST (GMAT-6), except for US holidays: Christmas Eve Day (Dec. 24th), Christmas Day (Dec. 25th), New Year Day (Jan. 1st), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Labor Day(first Monday in September), Independance Day (Jul. 4th), ThanksGiving(4th Thursday and Friday in November). We do not ship to addresses that are not confirmed by PayPal, if an order is paid via PayPal. . We also reserve the right not to ship to a shipping address that is different from the billing address, if an is paid via credit card. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, not to process it for any reason. We make every effort to reasonably verify the validity of every order to ensure that neither you nor us will fall victims to fraudulent activities. We may contact you to verify your order that we deem, is in need of further verification. If an order cannot be verified, we reserve the right not to process any order that does not meet our Secure Shopping Policy or appears suspicious. We reserve the right to further verify an order, even after obtaining an authorization from the Financial Institution, for fraud avoidance. International orders and orders shipped to an address other than billing address will be subject to further verification. Our staff will contact you with a request to provide a photo copy of your credit card, a photo identification, and that you complete a Credit Card Authorization Form. If your order cannot be processed, we will inform you via email supplied with the order.
- Warranty, Returns & Replacements
- Products received by customer as DOA must be returned within 7 days. Order shipments, which arrived damaged, must have a completed “Damage Parcel Report” with UPS or USPS. MikroTik, MaxxWave, Ubiquiti, Laird/PacWireless and Kam-Fab equipment is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Tranzeo equipment is subject to various warranty policies as published at www.tranzeo.com. Equipment that is damaged by physical abuse, over voltage, lightning or used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer, is not eligible for warranty replacement. MikroTik, MaxxWave, Laird/PacWireless warranty returns are handled by Baltic Networks. Ubiquiti warranty returns are handled directly by contacting Ubiquiti at Tel. US +(408)942-1153 Skype: Ubiquiti_Support or by sending an email to support@ubnt.com. Tranzeo warranty returns are handled directly by Tranzeo by sending an email to rma@tranzeo.com. Kam-Fab warranty returns are handled by Kam-Fab directly by contacting Tel. US+(512)332-2252. All returns to Baltic Networks must have a valid RMA number, obtained by calling Customer Service (888) 929-3610 or filling out the
"RMA FORM".
Order number, equipment description, and a reason for return must be provided before a RMA number will be issued. All products being returned must be shipped PREPAID. Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted and returned back to shipper at customer’s expense. If the repair is under warranty, Baltic Networks will return the product to the customer, within the continental US, using Standard Service at no charge. Expedited shipping methods, international shipping costs, Custom fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. For non-warranty return the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
ALL products being returned for store credit must be in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards and instructional sheets, and in NEW, UNUSED condition with the FACTORY SEAL INTACT. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or missing parts, manuals, warranty cards, or damaged when returned (unless it’s DOA). To ensure that the product remains in returnable condition, do not use the product box as the shipping box. You must repackage in another box with appropriate packing materials. Products arriving in a product box will be returned to shipper at customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for properly packaging the products returned. Contents of the package not matching the information on the RMA form will be cause for return of ALL equipment. All products returned for store credit may be returned within 20 days of invoice date. NOTE: Special order or non-stock items, such as Tranzeo, are non-returnable. A 15-25% restocking fee will apply.

Our products are attractively priced relative to our competitors and our Mikrotik price offerring includes discounts up to 60% off market list prices. We support all products that we sell on a consultancy basis. Our Engineering Department is available by appointment at 1.888.929-3610 (toll free, US only), +630.929.3610 (international) Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM CST (GMAT-6), except for holidays. Consulting time is billed hourly and to the nearest 15 minute interval, at a rate of $125 per hour. When you contact us for technical support you will be asked to supply payment information before support can be provided.

We do not offer volume discounts beyond our webstore offer. We may entertain volume discounts on orders exceeding $10,000 or 100-packs of a particular product depending on stock quantity and product availability. We currently accept Visa / Master Card/ American Express, Bank Wire Transfers, and PayPal™. We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, including canceling orders for products erroneously priced. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders canceled will be refunded if a charge has already been applied. Special promotions and clearance items may have special terms and may not be eligible for return or exchange, especially if discontinued by the manufacturer.
- Viewing Orders & Account Information
- Orders may be viewed by logging into your account and selecting the associated order. Tracking information will be applied to your order once we receive it. Order history is saved with your account as long as the same sign-in was used. Account information may be changed at any time, including updating or removing information you wish to change simply by logging in and selecting "My Account".

Any litigation regarding any transaction between customer and Baltic Networks shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois and you agree and submit to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
